During the recent German leg of Premier’s ‘Evening with Nicko’ Nicko McBrain shows we set up a camera to capture his 11-piece beast being set-up. We also took the time to speak to his drum tech Charlie Charlesworth to find out what it’s like to look after such an expansive drum kit.

DUBSTEP IS SO MUCH FUN TO PLAYYYYY. Sheesh.
Seriously, if you play drums.. you have to give dubsetep a go on the kit. Because it’s so rhythmically driven and already so busy anyways, it just lends itself SO well to overplaying. And we KNOW how much fun it is to overplay sometimes 
I just threw tons of fills into this one, pretty much whatever came to mind, stoked on the way it turned out! I hear Skrillex actuall lives pretty close to where I am right now (Camarillo, CA).. can somebody please tell him I’d be up for a jam sesh anytime?

Funny North Korean Kids Playing Drums
Two really young North Korean(DPRK) Kids playing drums. They both look like they are under 8 years old. It has super old school communist folk music in the background. Its funny seeing how the kids can barely make facial expressions at that age. The Girl does a great job and plays better then anyone ive ever seen even my age
