A simple guide on how to repair the world Tour drumkit.
Intended for those who are unable to claim a replacement from RedOctane/Activision for whatever reason. And for those who found the Drum tuning software method useless.

This method, despite not being the BEST method for repair, WORKED for us. And from what I’ve heard it’s worked for a lot of you as well. Good vid mate, your … Good vid mate, your mom bustin in was the funniest, the tape will hold for a while but will loose connection after a while, the tape is what has made your drum's work better as the tape transfers the energy of the hit more to the sensor.

if he already … if he already re-attached the wires, then you should try messing with the sensitivity or make sure the wires are attached correctly. one should touch the outer part of the sensor and the other should touch the inner part.
my blue pad has … my blue pad has stopped working and if i really smack it, it plays other notes would this way work( btw my dad reglued the wire on but i didn't do anything and i have a wii drum set; would this still work?)
@Chivasguy100 Try … @Chivasguy100 Try to lower the sensitivity settings on the drum. You can do this by downloading the RedOctane sensitivity tuner online and connecting the drums to a PC with a MIDI to USB adapter.
whenever i hit my … whenever i hit my green it also plays the blue and vis versa, and my red also plays the green would this work for me because i dont want to break it

woot it works now, … woot it works now, haven't tried it out on a song but it's at least responding. Stripping the wire with teeth is a lot harder than you made it look lol
I'm going to try … I'm going to try this now and get back to you. I messed around trying to improve sensitivity on drums with tape and I think the wire on the blue pad got pulled out a little…Idk how I didn't touch it. Sersly. o.O
